NOTE ON SAFETY

Some papers in this publication describe experiments/practical procedures. These procedures have not been checked by the editor or by the reviewers of these publications. The editor and the reviewers bear no responsibility for any accident that may result from attempts to carry out such experiments. Readers should be very careful and carry out their own risk assessment before doing any practical activity. SAFETY MEASURES - such as eye protection, use of fume cupboards, care in heating substances, in using electricity and radiation, etc. - should be taken. Local rules issued by their employer MUST be obeyed. Last, but not least, PUPILS who may be involved in relevant experiments should have been TAUGHT all SAFETY RULES for activities such as handling and heating chemicals, smelling gases, etc.
